This Privacy Policy explains how Cornelius Oliver (trading as Block Rivals) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you play BLOCK RIVALS (the "Game"). By playing the Game you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Player identifier — a Facebook player ID (when you play via Facebook) or an anonymous account identifier, used to save your progress.
• Gameplay data — your scores, high score, and game statistics.
• Friend leaderboard data — when you play via Facebook, we access your friends' scores in this Game to build the friend leaderboard, as permitted by Facebook.
• Purchase records — a record of in-app purchases you make (the item purchased and a transaction reference). We do not store your full card details; payments are processed by our payment provider.
• Device & usage data — basic analytics such as session length and feature usage, collected to improve the Game.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To run the Game, save your progress, and show leaderboards.
• To process and deliver in-app purchases.
• To display advertising (including rewarded video you choose to watch).
• To measure and improve gameplay and fix problems.

3. Third Parties

We share limited data with the following service providers, each acting under their own privacy policies:

• Facebook — player identity, friend leaderboards, and social sharing (Facebook Instant Games).
• Stripe — payment processing for in-app purchases.
• Firebase (Google) — account authentication, score storage, and analytics.
• Our advertising network — to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded-video advertisements.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Your Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the UK or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. We will respond to deletion requests and delete your personal data within 30 days of a verified request, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, purchase records for tax and accounting).

5. Data Retention

We keep your gameplay and account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time as described above.

6. Advertising

The Game is funded by advertising. Banner and interstitial ads are shown during normal play; rewarded-video ads are only shown when you choose to watch one. You can remove ads via the in-app "Remove Ads" purchase.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the Game.
