TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BLOCK RIVALS (the "Game"), operated by Cornelius Oliver (trading as Block Rivals) ("we", "us", "our"). By playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.

1. Licence to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate scores or leaderboards.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Game or its servers.
• Do not use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that harms other players.

3. In-App Purchases

• The Game offers optional in-app purchases (for example, "Remove Ads" and Undo packs) processed by our payment provider.
• All purchases are final. Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the platform's own policy (for example, Facebook, Apple, or Google).
• You are responsible for any charges incurred under your account.

4. Advertising

The Game is funded by advertising. By playing the free version you agree to receive banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded-video advertisements. You may remove ads through the in-app "Remove Ads" purchase.

5. Virtual Items

Virtual items and currency exist only within the Game, are licensed not sold, and may be modified or discontinued. We are not liable for the loss of virtual items.

6. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornelius Oliver (trading as Block Rivals) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you breach these Terms. You may stop playing at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
